"Honestly, I don’t really trust it"
I tried using lootie.com and, not gonna lie, it gave me kind of sketchy vibes. Some of the stuff on there looks fun, sure, but the site just doesn’t do a great job of making you feel safe about spending money. Maybe that’s on them for not making things feel more legit, but I’d definitely be careful before putting any cash into it.

I tried using a promo on Lootie it worked fine for me. I half expected it to glitch or not go through at checkout, but the discount showed up right away with no weird issues.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the promo was valid and did exactly what it said it would. The only thing I’d say is that the site could make the terms a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience

"Decent value, but hit or miss"
I’ve used Lootie a few times now, and the value is okay for the most part. Some boxes actually feel worth it, but then others are really hit or miss. Like, really hit or miss. I kept feeling like one box would be decent and the next one would be kind of disappointing. The prices are fair enough, but you definitely can’t go in expecting every pull to be good, because that’s just not happening. It’s not a total rip-off or anything, but the inconsistency does get a little annoying after a while. Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars.

I had a small question about my order, and they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear enough, nothing too detailed or anything, but it answered what I needed to know. Overall, the communication was good, good really, and I don’t have any real complaints...

"The mobile site just doesn’t work well for me"
I don’t know what else to say, but the mobile site keeps freezing on my phone and it’s really frustrating. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but it’s annoying when I’m just trying to use the site and it locks up over and over

"I actually had a good..."
I actually had a good time opening boxes, but the cashout part kind of ruined it for me. My first withdrawal got stuck for a few days, and support basically just told me to wait. To be fair, maybe I’m just not great at being patient with this kind of thing, but it made me nervous. It did eventually come through, so I can’t say it was a total scam or anything, I just don’t really feel comfortable using it much anymore.

"Verification was frustratingly slow"
I’ve used this site before and wanted to stick with it because I’ve generally liked the experience, but the account verification really tested my patience. I sent in the information they asked for and then ended up waiting way longer than I expected, with barely any updates along the way. Everything else on the site works fine, which is why I’m kind of torn, but this part definitely left a bad impression

"Bonus looked better than it turned out"
The bonus on lootie seemed good when I first saw it, so I figured I’d give it a try. Once I actually tried using it, though, it started feeling a lot less simple than it looked.

There were rules and limits that didn’t really stand out at the start, and I kept running into little conditions after the fact. I’d think the bonus should apply, then suddenly there was some reason it didn’t.
Maybe it works fine for people who read every detail closely, but for me it just felt like more trouble than it was worth. I probably would’ve skipped it if I knew how it was going to go...

"Started Fun, Then Got Annoying Fast"
I was actually excited to open the boxes at first, like okay, maybe this could be fun. Then after a few tries, that mood changed real quick. The odds just don’t feel fair at all, and it kind of took the fun out of it for me.

I’ve been liking Lootie a lot because the brand choices are actually solid. It’s not just a bunch of random off-brand stuff, they have items I recognize and would genuinely want. That makes opening the boxes feel way more exciting and worth it to me.

In the end, the slow support kind of ruined the experience for me. The site itself is fun to use, but I had a question about my order and ended up waiting days just to get a clear response. When someone finally got back to me, the reply felt rushed and didn’t really solve much. I wanted to like the whole experience more, but the lack of helpful support was frustrating.

The fees seemed mostly reasonable to me. My brother and I were talking about it, and the only thing we both agreed on is that it would’ve been nice if the charges were explained more clearly upfront. Other than that, it felt fair enough.

"Not totally convinced about the prizes"
I gave Lootie a try for a little while, i’m still not sure how I feel about it. Some of the prizes looked cool at first, but I wasn’t fully convinced they were actually as legit or as valuable as they seemed. Maybe other people have had better experiences or actually received solid items, but for me, it just didn’t give me a lot of confidence. If you’re thinking about trying it, I’d say start small and don’t put in more than you’re comfortable losing.

"Not what I thought I was getting"
I ordered from Lootie expecting the item to show up in decent shape, so I felt misled when it arrived looking rough. The box was dented, and the item itself had a few noticeable marks on it. It does work, but it didn’t feel worth what I paid. I just wish they were more upfront about the condition or checked things better before sending them out

"Delivery Never Showed Up"
I ordered from lootie.com the whole delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and the package didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. I waited around for days and still ended up having to chase support just to get any kind of answer. Not saying it’s a scam, but this was definitely unreliable and a hassle. Maybe others had a better experience, but I wouldn’t order again

The fees were shown upfront, which I appreciated. I did feel a little pressured to make a decision quickly, but at least there weren’t any weird surprise charges later
